Role Purpose: To provide in-depth knowledge of the Educational application and evaluate the customer’s using application functionality.
Work with Development and Quality team to ensure the software defects are addressed properly according to impact to customers and priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participates in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the application to meet the customer’s needs.
• Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
• Is responsible for configuring and customizing the application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
• Gains understanding of customer’s needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete design and testing documentation.
• Tests modifications for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards. Participates in system and acceptance testing.
• Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution step.
• Opportunities for travel to client places when ever required.
Experience : 0 to 2 years technical support or equivalent experience in a software environment.
Education : Professional Degree or Equivalent Experience
Professional Training and Certification :
• Knowledge in Technical Step methodology and solution selling.
• Strong experience in a technical customer support or systems engineering/integration role.
