Job Description
One of the leading real estate consultancy firms of India and NO-1 in South wants to recruit following immediately to cater to their fast growth.We are looking for a dynamic graduate to work as a Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive - Business Development at our Chennai branch. The candidate must be a graduate with minimum experience of 2 to 8 years in marketing (experience with any industry is ok and not necessarily in real estate) or freshers having ambition to a challenging assignment can also apply.
The main responsibilities for Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager:
i) Building up a healthy & massive client base over a period of time both from your existing network as well as leads passed on by our company from time to time.
ii) Showcasing & marketing offers/properties of Chennai mainly but with equal enthusiasm promote properties in all key markets of India where company has branches to above client base.
iii) Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
The main responsibilities for Office Assistant or Executive-Client Relations:
i) General coordination works like office administration & management.
ii) Co-ordination of branch work in all aspects (managing office stationary, attendance and staff records, handling client calls, etc).
iii) Computer operation (data entry and report creation).
iv) Maintaining all documentation and filling work (related to clients documents and office bills etc.)
v) Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
Candidate must meet below criteria to apply for the post:i) Must be computer literate.
ii) Must have good communication skills both written and spoken, and should be fluent in ENGLISH and TAMIL (HINDI is preferred but not compulsory).
iii) Must have own 2 wheeler (fuel expenses will be re-imbursed by company).
iv) Good Geographical knowledge of Chennai.
v) Gender: Male Only
vi) Maximum age: Preferably between 25 to 40.
vii) Salary : Based on skill set & experience (apart from salary, all expenses incurred by you like fuel bills, mobile bills etc for official work will be re-imbursed by company).
