 - Maintenance of Daily MIS.
 - Reporting of various procedures in Cath Lab.
 - Discharge summary for Cardiology patients.
 - Dispatch of Reports to patients and family members.
 - Communication channel between Cath Lab and Family Members.
 - Data collection for quality improvement.
 - Liaison for reporting between marketing and Cath Lab.
 - Responsibility for on time reporting in case of TPA patients.
