Job Description
Department - Inside Sales/TelesalesCandidate should have experience in outbound calling for International clients.
Responsibilities:
*6 months to 4 years in areas like Lead Generation through nappointments or registrations via Tele calling.
*Generating Event Registrations/ Appointments through Tele Calling on Leads/ Prospects from Sales Force.
*Varied Tele Sales Approach needed to reach Target numbers assigned to him/her.
*Identify prospects & qualify the prospects with opportunity to formulate Channel Partners by the US Marketing & US Sales Teams.
* Co-ordinate through the Team Lead/ Manager with the US Marketing/ Sales Team Members and move the Event Registration & Appointments with
Prospects in Proper pipeline.
* Initiate first level discussions with the prospect/lead.
* Submit periodic pipeline reports as required by the Team Manager/ Leader.
*Make 90-100 Calls per day to Technology Service Providers.
*Schedule appointments with Technology Service Providers for Sales Team.
*Work a full 40 Hour work week.
*Daily work shifts to cover business hours in U.S. time zones.
Requirements
Qualifications: HSC / Any graduate*Pleasant phone voice and speak with proper English
*Must have a professional work attitude towards co-workers and must treat all calls with highest level of customer satisfaction
*Previous U.S. Tele-Marketing experience necessary.
*Reliability and Timeliness a MUST!!!
*Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
*Sales Force experience a PLUS!
*Strong organizational, communication skills and attention to detail
*Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
*Desire to bring out the best from a variety of personalities
