Should have 1-3 Years experience of conduct training programs/ workshops in Colleges.
Should have excellent Communication & Presentation skills
Should Willing to travel extensively (90%).
Should have organization behaviour.
Knowledge of Business Etiquette, Business Communication
Experience in Soft-skills training, English Language Training..
Good idea on software development process and Traning provided.

Requirements
B Tech/ ME/ M Tech/ M. Sc / MCA / MCM/ MS/ MBA Finance and 1-3 years relevant IT experience.
