Job Description
Sales and Collection target achievement brand wise/product wise / territory wise / dealer-wise in accordance with the broad supervisory guidelines of the BRANCH MANAGER/ Business Plan Targets.
Sales Forecast - preparation of Sales Forecasts for the Territory / Area assigned product-wise / segment- wise / dealer wise with pro action.
Dealers schemes / consumer offers understanding and circulation to related dealers for smooth implementation
Tracking and Monitoring Stock and ensure monthly availability as per sales requirement.
Direct Dealer Management & Appointment
Visit minimum 6 Dealers everyday and weekly 30 direct dealers
Providing complete assistance to the Dealers within the assigned territory to ensure secondary sales movement for e.g. timely product supply, brief of product USP, Price Structure, advertisement material supply like POP
Ensuring that the Customers-Dealers are served for their requirements in the quickest time to ensure Dealer Satisfaction particularly in issues pertaining to customer service , logistics , accounting etc
Identifying new markets/dealers and trade opportunities to immediate superior to explore the possibilities of expanding the Network
