Job Description
• At least 1-3 years experience working as a Technical Recruiter in the US market. Responsible for full life cycle of IT Recruitment process.• Should be familiar with the recruitment process in the US markets

• Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles in time.
• Sourcing / Searching qualified candidates to man the requirements, for US Market.
• Internal & External Searches, using Web Portals, Networking etc.
• Managing and developing a Database of various skill-sets. Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Efficiently handle multiple requirements and quickly present good resumes to the client
• Preparing the candidate on comm. skills, interview skills and general information about the client, so as to increase chances of conversion
• Must have good relationships with vendors in order to present candidates.
• Team player and willing to work in night shift
• Good understanding of various software & technologies is desired
