• Maintaining the databases
• Handling of Walk-in and Telephonic inquiries
• Perform administrative duties as deemed essential as and when required
• Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information, and support to the caller
• Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department
• Maintaining important documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner.
• Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with clients
