Amazon.com is visiting MGIT for campus placements on 29th November 2013, All the final year students (All B.Tech. 2014 Passouts apart from CSE and IT Specialization),could attend the pre-placement talk and interviews. The process starts at 09.30 AM with pre-placement talk.

Eligibility: All B.Tech 2014 passouts except CSE and IT. No percentage and backlogs criteria.

 Job Responsibilities:
       Responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online ecommerce risk
       To identify fraud patterns and Modus operandi(s) that would have a direct impact on the bottom line / bad debt rate for amazon.com.
       Takes appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established SOPs and tools.
       Documents actions by providing detailed annotations.
                  Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies via telephone and e-mail if required for a given investigation.
 Expectations from Candidate:
       Demonstrate analytical skills to authenticate customers and complex transactions
       Reach the goal of Service level Agreement (SLA) and deliver to the customer in the given time.
       Be a team player, working cooperatively with other departments of Amazon.com
       Continuous improvement in giving good customer experience by resolving issues in proper manner.
       Willingness to work in night shifts and weekends
