Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online ecommerce risk
• To identify fraud patterns and Modus operandi(s) that would have a direct impact on the bottom line / bad debt rate for amazon.com.
• Takes appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established SOPs and tools.
• Documents actions by providing detailed annotations.
• Communicate with customers, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies via telephone and e-mail if required for a given investigation.
Expectations from Candidate:
• Demonstrate analytical skills to authenticate customers and complex transactions
• Reach the goal of Service level Agreement (SLA) and deliver to the customer in the given time.
• Be a team player, working cooperatively with other departments of Amazon.com
